Are obits T5 or T4/5?

Postby -KnightACT » Sat Jul 29, 2006 9:10 pm

My codex says they're T5 solid, but for some reason i was under the impression that a FAQ somwhere or a neweer version of the same codex indicates that it is actually T4/5.

can anyone clarify?

5(4). T5, but can be instakilled by ML's, Lascannons, meltaguns, etc.
Jaghatai, on the Pale Rider event: I hop on this board to post a simple NEWCC question, end up looking at some interacial lesbian action and watch a religious meltdown. You guys know how to party!

You have an old version of the codex, it's been changed.

that's what i thought.

was this a "oh my gosh, 80% of our players are complaining about not being able to instagib this thing at range, so we're gonna change it to 5(4)"

or was this a "oops... misprint"

?

Officially, GW called it a misprint. No one really believed them, however.

It really is a shame that the GW rule department has so ruined their reputation that no one gives them any benefit of the doubt any more.

If I recall, don't they have Daemonic Resiliance? If their statline said T5, you'd have to assume either that they're toughness 4 (5) or toughness 6 (5).
