A few of you may remember me mentioning working on a new game system. Others may be hearing this for the first time. I am now ready to release the earliest draft into the wild. Please take a look and give feedback on the Black Creek Games forum.

Note that this is NOT a playtest release, it's a draft release and I'm looking for proofreading at this point more than anything else. Playtest release will come in a couple of weeks after proofreading feedback is in and I've written up some sample lists. I'm taking a very conservative approach to playtesting this game, as I want to get basic concepts solid before moving on to complex stuff.

I really think you should keep the rules themselves 'open source' as it were. Monetize your product by selling adds for manufacturers/suppliers who sell products which can be used with your rules.

Its not like you are trying to retire on this anyhow, or at least I hope not ;)

I've considered it, and it's still up in the air. If I get the user base to support the ad revenue, it's more likely.
