Does anyone know if you can get the V3 book from the strat? I believe when V2 came out, you could get your first edition book stamped and receive a digest sized version, and I'm wondering if you can bring in your second edition hardback to get V3.

Yes, George, you can. You can bring down your V2 hardcover and get a free V3 paperback.

How have you been? Want to get in a game?

I wouldn't mind a game at all. I think it's been almost 2 years since I played FOW, but I noticed there was a new edition out, which got me looking back into it. I did pick up the mini-book from the strat a few weeks ago and skimmed through it. Seems like a worthy update. Is anyone else still playing? Doesn't look like we have a separate board anymore, but I notice there were a few posts in dec/january about FOW in this section of the board. I also have the grey wolf german compilation, which seems to be needed for V3 because some of their point calculations have been revamped.

Have you taken a look ate easyarmy.com? It's an online army generator type thing for FOW; you pay about 2 bucks through paypal for whichever book you want, and you can also store your lists there, as well as download it in PDF format.
