Yeah, I don't think anyone makes glossy primer. Primer by nature is matte, although I have seen some minis turn out with a hint of shine sometimes, but by no means was it glossy.

The Tamiya for Plastics are a good alternative too. But they're not primer. Still have to prime it, but it basecoats really well.
