Are you experimenting with photography? Your pics are constantly changing color and tone. I like the scheme, and Sorscha's looking particularly cool. I think the jack's metal sections could perhaps use another layer of ink. Great use of the alternating pattern of gray and red on the plates. Dig the bases too.

Thank you! And yup, I am experimenting. Can not seem to get it just right so it's gonna be in flux until I do.
/agree on the jack's metals, especially the big front plates. I will take care of that. Thanks for the feedback.

I really love basing, I think almost more than I like painting, and I really like painting.

I find basing is the step that takes the model down to earth, but really adds all the reality to the tiny scale. It's like volcanic ash of Iwo Jima or the valley of the 300. Terrain dictates all.
