Easy large crystal for basing?

Postby elrodogg » Wed Jul 27, 2005 12:23 am

What's an easy way to make somewhat larger looking crystals. I recall Jin telling Larry about cutting pieces of the plastic sprues, but I am trying to figure out a way to do some that would be a bit larger than that. Basically ones to accomodate a large round base rather than a 25mm base.
Fast, like kittens with jetpacks.

Ronen,

Are you looking for clear/glass/plastic crystal-like things that you can just cut to size, glue onto the base and call it done? Or are you looking for something that looks like a crystal, you would prime and then paint it to match the colors of the figures on the base?

Something that looks like crystal that would then be painted.
