Looks awesome. What base size is that? 120mm?

I have to say... I don't care for most of the forgeworld greater daemons, this one included. Nurgle one is awesome.

Agreed, the pose is very nice, as is the flame/horror thing in the hand, but the scale of the skin-wrinkles and feathers seems all wrong. They shoot for a bit too much detail, if you will.

I wonder how it would look with a more interesting paint job

Yeah, I think the texture looks off because of the drab monotone blue for the wings, and that strange fleshy interior they used for the legs/arms. It looks like raw chicken skin, which is unappealing.

Actually, the raw chicken skin is my favorite part of the model. The rest, I'm not crazy about.

The wings are very flat. And the tone and texture if the skin could be more interesting. I mean this is a big centerpiece model. That Paint kinda sucks ass .... don't get me wrong, it's better than I could do technically but it is so boring.

But maybe there's a special relationship between you and chicken skin Nidal? :P

I actually like that the "feathers" are not so feather like. They look to be more a melding of feather and scale. That is something that should be striking, I feel.

I only have a problem with the wings. If they were done with multiple bright colors, it would go a long way to improve the model, only because they're so big.
