Actually, if you give it a blue talking penis, that would make it better.

I like it without arms, so if you greenstuffed the shoulders into something that could work. I'd recommend finding some interesting plastic faces, cutting them off and molding them to the shoulders.

A different route would be to go with long, thin, wiry arms, dangling below and slightly behind to emphasize the length and drifting of the creature, or perhaps tendrils like archo flagellants. If you went with the latter here's what I'm thinking:

Actually jarrett faces might be a good way to disguise some of that skin. I'm not too keen on the feather idea since i think it makes him look too "healthy", so i was thinking either scultping more robe or just leaving it as is but molded on faces is a possibility
