Looks fine in the photos to me. Have you sprayed it with a dull varnish? That can make the dip look a lot better to the naked eye.

Nope, not dulled yet. But then I dod cover most of the dip with paint. I think there's the logic of practicing those things on basic troopers rather than the centerpiece.
I had to fix it rather than experiment more .. hehe.

I'll submit the final pic with the base and dullcoat.

And LOL @ Ronen

Ok, painted Anastasia's cloak black and added leaves to bases. Also Nomad done (mostly):

The black cloak looks waaay better. Well done! Looks like the inside needs just one more highlight. I like the gray nomad -- something about the dull tone speaks to the utilitarian mercenary.

I'm thinking the bases are too close in color to the minis. Too late to change that now, but for the next crew, I suggest going with more contrast.

Also, the stone showing beneath the plaster of the wall: I would have done it in a color which stands out, rather than the very similar grey. It's fantastic modeling.. show it off! Red bricks, or at the least white stones, would have showed the work you did much better than grey-in-grey.

But overall, very nice! And I LOVE the dog! :)

Here's Ana with suggestions applied.

I personally like the floor. They are going to all have such floor as a unifying part of the army and the colors are Llaelese so ....

She looks good!

What Ive learned is 2 things...1st Army Painter is too dam expensive, just ask Arash  Use minwaxx instead.

2nd: Dipping is great for smaller models (20-25mm) & mainly troop choice ones that have a common pose & require less attention (Skelly's, Rats, Dryads). Its ment to bring out the details with alot less layers. A simple base coat, dip, touch up & seal is all thats needed. Dont highlight after dipping, it just doesnt work well.

I dont recommend it for center pieces or such.
