New WHFB FAQs

Check out GW's site, or read through some of the bits on TWF:

http://warhammer.org.uk/phpBB/viewtopic ... 3&t=107423

Scouts no longer affect the +1 for going first.

If you charge an Undead/Demon/Skaven Slave unit and do NOT kill all of the models, but melt them, on the turn you charge, you DO NOT get an Overrun (i.e. Furies / Zombies / Wolves / Slaves became even better than they already were)

Multiple Mortis Engines stack the Regen. Quick go buy 2!

Screaming into combats the characters / TG are not in is back to being allowed.

Tomb Kings - entombed units NO LONGER HAVE TO START ENTOMBED!

You now use the "highest toughness" for Monstrous Cav, meaning Demigryphs are T4, not T3, and DE Peg Riders are T4 to boot.

Also looks like they're trying to fix Greedy Fist:

ERRATA
Page 62 – Greedy Fist, second paragraph.
Change the last sentence to “In addition, an enemy Wizard
loses a Wizard level and a randomly selected spell each time
they are hit in close combat by an Ogre wearing the Greedy
Fist.”

But of course, because they're GW, they forgot they had this older FAQ and didn't yet remove it (which of course, permitted it in the first place):

Q: If a Wizard is hit by a ranged attack from the bearer of the
Greedy Fist, does it lose a Wizard Level? (p62)
A: Yes.

Still, looks as if they're going to change the Fist, for the good of the game balance I guess.

You mean because Scouts no longer affect first-turn roll-off?

In other news, you can now use as many of your zombies as you want in a Typhus chaos marine list. Sadly this may have a more significant effect on VC sales than anything else.
Fast, like kittens with jetpacks.

Add War Machines to that list, time to break out the goblin bolt throwers to protect the doom divers.
