The chariot impact hit thing is just bizarre, I wonder if it's a typo? (i.e. they meant to say 'no')

They're still not really worth using, because for the same 85 points, you can get 3.5 Carrion for the same Special costs, which are the best thing in the book point for point and can Fly, making them slightly better redirectors and deployments. And if you need more Core, Cav or Fast Cav units are less than a Scorpion and redirect just as well if not better, and count as your ugly TK Core allowance. Scorpions are still slightly hittier and have a slightly smaller footprint, but that loss of the 4th wound was lame and unnecessary in my book, and other guys in the TK book speedbump for cheaper.
