Beast Cowers: Does it effect ALL monsters?

Postby Ring87 » Sat Jan 06, 2007 7:02 pm

It has been discussed on other forums and I wondered what you guys thought. I throw 5 dice at this spell and it goes of via IR or gets a scroll(I can reroll 1 die in case of a miscast).

Does the spell work on greater deamons as they are both characters and monsters. I have yet to play DL with the new lores and would like to avoid arguements. I can live with it ethier way.

The spell could shut a thirster down. If it worked on him.

Affects all ridden and unridden monsters. I don't see why it wouldn't work on a thirster. Nice! :evil
Jaghatai, on the Pale Rider event: I hop on this board to post a simple NEWCC question, end up looking at some interacial lesbian action and watch a religious meltdown. You guys know how to party!

There's been a huge amount of argument as to whether a Greater Daemons are Monsters or not.

Has never been resolved to my knowledge.

Agreed there is no official resolution of this issue.

For a sense of the discussion see this thread

Hey, I'm going to do it. I have little in the anti-greater deamon
department. I think I will just have to ask who-ever is running the event.

Definitely ask whoever is running the event before pulling it on anyone.

Without some sort of clarification from GW about what actually constitutes a "Monster" I'd never try it on a Bloodthirster. But hey.
