They're looking good man, nice and uniform.

Are you playing in the summer escalation? And I'd love some tips for jetbikes, I'm thinking of using them and a farseer as my allied for (tau)

Only 35? Not enough.

~ For allies to Tau their best use is probably keeping them cheap and small and in Reserves. Use them to grab/contest the forward objectives Tau struggle to get.

Wickernipple is correct - small jetbike squads with farseer support, held in reserve, are what tau want out of eldar in the HQ and TR slots. For the rest, there is place in the tau army for the anything that fires from long-range or does the move, shoot, move (but a real move not the d6 run). Warwalkers, support batteries are both viable choices in the HS slot. The fire prism is as well but only if you are saturating them with tanks (3 hammerheads). For FA, you're looking at warp spiders and possibly hawks, but I need to think about them a little more. Nothing in the elite slot jumps out as me as having an obvious synergy with Tau.
Fast, like kittens with jetpacks.
