Grey Knights in 6th

Also, GK just got a new codex, so I'm not holding out hope for any new tricks. Unless codex SM brings something for me to grab on to.

The black templar codex at this point is truly ancient history. Orks were either the last 4e or first 5e codex. Regardless, unless you're fielding 180 orks that codex is showing its age. The sisters article is a debacle, they could certainly use a proper book.

Nids are interesting as while they are an older book, I feel as though the new edition has been kind to them. They have psychic powers out the ass. Guard are up there in age as well, but their book is fine. Space puppies are an older book as well at this point, but they certainly dont need any help.

Blood angels, dark eldar and necrons are all the tail end of 5e, so no new books for them (probably).

Grey Knights in 6th

Do you think the paladins do enough work for their points cost? It's definitely a good way to use the models I have. I'd like to find a way to add the dread knight in, as I really like the model. Do you think one dread knight would end up getting focused on?

Dreadknights are flying monstrous critters (well don't take ones that aren't). Doesn't matter if they get focused fired on.

Huh. Someone played me at a GT and it was then (at least my faulty memory says so). Was that an FAQ that changed at some point or was I cheated?

I know they get a once per game 30" move if you buy an upgrade, otherwise they're just MC's

Well they're still jump monstrous critters. So they get a 12" move, reroll charge dice and get a hammer of wrath attack.
